Device information: browser type, operating system, and screen size.
Voice data: when you use voice input, audio is streamed to Google Cloud Speech-to-Text for transcription. We do not store raw audio recordings after transcription is complete.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
To process transactions and manage your credit balance.
To generate AI responses to your chat messages using Google Gemini.
To convert your voice input to text using Google Cloud Speech-to-Text.
To produce audiobook content using text-to-speech services.
To send service-related communications (e.g., purchase confirmations).
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Services:

Google Cloud Platform: hosting, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and cloud storage.
Google Gemini: AI language model for generating chat responses.
Firebase: authentication and real-time database.
Stripe: payment processing. We do not store your full credit card number.

Each third-party service processes data according to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. Data Retention

Chat messages: retained during your session and may be stored for service improvement. You can request deletion at any time.
Voice audio: streamed for real-time transcription only and not stored after processing.
Uploaded files: stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and retained until you delete them or close your account.
Account data: retained as long as your account is active or as needed for legal obligations.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
You can disable voice input and use text-only mode at any time.
You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us.
