You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data for ShawnBot and Audiobook Studio.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@bookstogiftspublishing.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Optional: include any relevant order ID to help us locate your account faster.
What We Delete
- Account profile data associated with your email.
- Stored chat/account usage records tied to your account.
- Associated uploaded user files where applicable and available.
What We May Retain
We may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations.
Deletion Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
