This package is for authors whose text and artwork are already final.
- Your final book file — a readable PDF, or an EPUB for the ebook edition.
- Your final front cover — JPG or PNG, at least 600 pixels on each side.
- Your approved details — title, author name, description, biography and genre.
- Your book or author-page link — the destination for your QR code.
Source files can be up to 20 MB each. For picture books, supply finished illustrated pages with readable text; each page can contain up to 2,000 narration characters. If your PDF is scanned, you’ll need a separate readable narration file.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
Know what you’re getting.
Do I get both an audiobook and a picture-book video?
No. You choose one. The book trailer, promotional materials and one accepted edition / ISBN are included with either option.
Will you edit my book or create the illustrations?
You provide final, approved text, artwork and a cover. Editing, proofreading, new illustrations, cover design and print layout are outside this package. A picture-book video presents your existing pages with narration; it does not animate the characters.
Do I keep my book’s copyright?
Yes. You retain copyright. The included ISBN identifies one accepted title and format published under our imprint. Extra editions need separate ISBNs, and the included registration is not copyright registration.
Does this include printing, bookstore placement or paid advertising?
No. This is a media and launch-materials package. Printing, external retailer submission and advertising spend are separate. A listing in our bookshop also requires a separate author membership and publication approval.
Can I publish my book on other platforms?
You retain your copyright and the publishing agreement is non-exclusive. Your included ISBN identifies the one registered edition. Each retailer or distributor sets its own file, format and account requirements; uploads and acceptance are separate from this launch kit.
How long will it take, and what can I change?
Ask for a delivery estimate during publisher review if you have a launch date in mind. Review your source files before submitting and approve the voice sample before production. We correct production faults; later manuscript changes or replacement creative work are outside the package.
Is this a subscription?
No. The Author Launch Kit costs $299 once for one book. Your download package includes the agreed files, with access for at least 90 days after final approval. Keep a downloaded copy. Memberships elsewhere on our site are separate.

Your ISBN is registered to the approved title and format. Books to Gifts Publishing remains the publisher of record. Additional editions, including a separate audiobook ISBN, are outside this package.
Your work stays yours
We preserve your final manuscript and cover. Your company-issued imprint authorization records the accepted agreement and verified edition. It does not register copyright or guarantee retailer acceptance.
Package scope and agreement
Author Launch Kit — launch-2026-10-v1. One payment of $299 covers one final book, either an audiobook (up to 400,000 narration characters) or a narrated picture-book video (up to 64 supplied illustrations, up to 2,000 narration characters per illustrated page) in one selected Standard AI voice, one 20–30 second landscape trailer assembled from three short AI video clips and the supplied cover, a media kit, cover mockups, announcement copy, a short sample of the selected audio or picture-book video, a bookmark/QR card, a launch checklist, and one ISBN registration for the selected edition under Books to Gifts Publishing, subject to publisher acceptance. The picture-book option replaces the audiobook; both are not included. Upload a final PDF with selectable narration text and your cover. The picture-book video preserves every PDF page, including illustrations. Review the extracted text for page numbers and headers before approval. Scanned images do not supply readable narration automatically. An optional final TXT/DOCX narration file is supported for audiobooks; an illustrated DOCX with each image followed by its narration is supported for picture books. Image-only pages display for three seconds. Review every extracted page before submitting. We preserve complete artwork within a landscape video frame. New illustrations, animation of characters, editing, proofreading, rewriting, cover design, print layout, printing, external retailer submission, additional editions/ISBNs, and later source-file or creative replacements are excluded. We correct production faults in the agreed deliverables. No subscription is started by this purchase; carousel membership is separate. Keep a downloaded copy of your delivered package. Download access is provided for at least 90 days after final approval. No sales, delivery date, or retailer acceptance is guaranteed. Before payment, the publisher reviews the project; ask for a delivery estimate if timing matters. Contact the publisher through the project if a production issue prevents delivery. You retain copyright and your author royalties, subject to retailer/payment processing charges. You confirm that you control the rights to the submitted text, artwork, names, likenesses and promotional material, including AI audio/video adaptation rights. You grant Books to Gifts Publishing a non-exclusive license to process these files, create the agreed assets, register and identify this selected edition under its imprint, and deliver the assets to you. Public sale or listing requires your separate approval. The publisher must accept this license before checkout. Its authorization certificate records this agreement and the verified edition registration; it is not government certification, copyright registration, a transfer of ISBN ownership, or approval by any retailer.
